Breaking News Story!

Hey all,

So, there's going to be a wedding at CVE...Joel Rinkenberger and Steph Barr are making all the kids (especially the older girls, who are completely in love with all things romantic) get excited at the prospect of a wedding here at the children's home! Pray for them as they sort through all kinds of things on their way to marital bliss!

Also, I figured I'd include a few pictures demonstrating the talents of our kids here at CVE. Michelle makes the flowers pictured here, and Fede makes the knitting items, such as hats, scarves, etc. Jaqui and Fede are both very artistic, and Frankie is showing off part of the bridge he made with popsicle sticks. When finished, it supported approximately 100 to 120 pounds! If you are interested in purchasing hats or flowers, both of which can be made to order, please let me know. Flowers are around $6 and hats around $15.

In addition, I included a photo of Ana (aka Anahy) with Karla. Ana, sadly, is no longer with us, and neither is Frankie. Both left while I was in the US, so please pray for them in their new lives, that they would not forget what they learned. We must trust that God can use all things for good, and confide that He loves them far more than we do and can be trusted to work in them even when far away from "home."
